Summer at Broadway

Summer holidays at Broadway and beyond!

Broadway Cinema & Theatre, Broadway Gallery and our sister venue Standalone Farm have lots on this summer to keep the kids entertained!

Kids Club at Broadway Cinema

Our ever-popular £1 Kids Club screenings are every Saturday and Sunday during the holidays. We’ve got Sherlock Gnomes, Isle of Dogs, Jumanji, The Land Before Time and Flushed Away all coming up.

We now do allocated seating for Kids Club, and we always recommend booking in advance!

Plus remember to keep an eye on all the latest blockbuster releases throughout the summer.

Sing-along Weekend at Broadway Cinema

Unleash your inner divas and rock stars with our Sing-along Weekend! From 17-19 August we are showing Grease, The Greatest Showman and Moana, and loud singing is very much encouraged! We recommend booking in advance.

An exhibition for all the family at Broadway Gallery

This summer, Broadway Gallery has an exhibition for children and the whole family, with Great & Small: Animals in Craft. This free exhibition encourages children to explore our fascination with all creatures great and small, with objects selected from the Crafts Council Collection to engage young minds with contemporary craft.

As well as looking at the objects on display, children can take part in free events: Crafts Hands-On on 8 August, and Family Arts Studios on 12 August. See the Gallery website for all the details.

Weekly special events at Standalone Farm

As is now traditional, the Farm has different events every week during the summer – from falconry displays to a mountain bike show! These are all included in the price of admission (though there’s a small fee for donkey rides). Follow the Farm on Facebook to stay up to date with the latest news.

An end-of-holiday treat at Broadway Theatre

Keep the fun going right until the end of the holidays with The Amazing Bubble Man on Saturday 1 September! Louis Pearl has travelled all the way from the USA to show his astounding bubble tricks live on our stage. This is a show that will truly entertain all the family, and definitely hold off those post-holiday blues. Tickets are going fast so book now to avoid disappointment.
