Terms and Conditions

Booking Cinema tickets only

  • Please carefully check your selections before completing your purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
  • To complete your online purchase, payment must be completed with your debit or credit card. Any online purchases not completed within ten minutes will be cancelled and selected tickets released.
  • Your online purchase is subject to British Board of Film Classification of the show purchased. You and / or your party may be required to show photo ID before admission is granted. We accept Citizen Card, Passports and Driving Licences.
  • To purchase tickets for a show with reserved seating, you will need to pick your preferred seats from the seating plan displayed to complete your purchase.
  • Once your purchase is complete, you need to bring the purchase confirmation with the QR bar code sent to your email address (either printed or on your phone). A member of staff will then scan the QR barcode on arrival. You may be asked for ID to check proof of entitlement for student, senior or child tickets for any tickets purchased online.
  • Any tickets purchased online for Big Scream must be for parents and guardians accompanying children under 36 months only.
  • You agree and understand that we may need to change, withdraw and alter any shows at any time in exceptional circumstances. We will use your email address and / or telephone number to try to let you know in these instances.
  • We are unable to redeem any Broadway gift vouchers at this time however, there is no expiry date on gift vouchers. We hope to be able to accept gift vouchers once COID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
  • We are committed to helping the NHS fight coronavirus, therefore we’ll be sharing visitor contact details with the NHS Test & Trace team when requested. Please ensure your details are correct when booking tickets online.

BOOKING ThEATRE TICKETS ONLY

  • This ticket may not, without written consent of the Broadway, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.
  • To complete your online purchase, payment must be completed with your debit or credit card. Any online purchases not completed within ten minutes will be cancelled and selected tickets released.
  • The Broadway reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the building and take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
  • Theatre tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
  • This ticket is sold subject to the Broadway’s right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.
  • Latecomers may not be admitted.
  • Phones and all other electronic equipment must be switched off (not set to silent).
  • Large bags/rucksacks are not allowed in the auditoria, they will be kept in a secure location.
