Booking Cinema Tickets Only
- Please carefully check your selections before completing your purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
- To complete your online purchase, payment must be completed with your debit or credit card. Any online purchases not completed within ten minutes will be cancelled and selected tickets released.
- Your online purchase is subject to the British Board of Film Classification of the show purchased. You and / or your party may be required to show photo ID before admission is granted. We accept Citizen Cards, Passports and Driving Licences.
- To purchase tickets for a show with reserved seating, you will need to pick your preferred seats from the seating plan displayed to complete your purchase.
- Once your purchase is complete, you need to bring the purchase confirmation with the QR bar code sent to your email address (either printed or on your phone). A member of staff will then scan the QR barcode on arrival. You may be asked for ID to check proof of entitlement for student, senior or child tickets for any tickets purchased online.
- Any tickets purchased online for Baby Screenings must be for parents and guardians accompanying children under 12 months only.
- You agree and understand that we may need to change, withdraw and alter any shows at any time in exceptional circumstances. We will use your email address and / or telephone number to try to let you know in these instances.
Booking Theatre Tickets Only
- This ticket may not, without the written consent of Broadway, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.
- To complete your online purchase, payment must be completed with your debit or credit card. Any online purchases not completed within ten minutes will be cancelled and selected tickets released.
- Line-ups are correct at the time of purchase but may be subject to change. No refunds will be offered for changes to the line-up but we will always endeavour to replace with like-for-like performers. Customers may not be notified of any changes made to shows with multiple comedians performing.
- Broadway reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the building and take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
- Theatre tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
- This ticket is sold subject to Broadway’s right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.
- Latecomers may not be admitted.
- Phones and all other electronic equipment must be switched off (not set to silent).
- Large bags/rucksacks are not allowed in the auditoria, they will be kept in a secure location.
- The content produced by artists, theatre companies and acts who privately or commercially hire Broadway Theatre is classed as third-party content and is not the responsibility of Broadway Cinema & Theatre nor the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. The views expressed are theirs and are not those of Broadway Cinema & Theatre or Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. Neither Broadway nor the Heritage Foundation vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any such content.
Broadway Plus
- The Broadway venues (Broadway Cinema & Theatre and Broadway Studio & Gallery), part of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, will store your data securely in our data systems.
- Any Broadway Plus points collected must be used by the end of each calendar year, at which point they will expire.
- When you sign up to become a Broadway Plus member, we ask for contact details to allow us to process your membership. We monitor your ticket buying behaviour to allow us to give you the rewards offered by the Broadway Plus loyalty scheme, and to keep track of the uptake of our programme. Your data is stored in our third party ticketing system. It will not be shared with any other organisation.
- If you have opted in to receive emails about Broadway Plus, we will use your email contact details to send you emails about events and offers at our venues. We will also use your email address and your ticket-buying history to send you special offers for particular events.
- Thank you for providing your postcode - we will anonymise and group the postcode data and then analyse where our customers are coming from.
- We will never give any of your data to any other organisation.
- You can withdraw your consent for us to store and use your data at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of any of our emails. You can also unsubscribe by writing to us at: Marketing team, Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, One Garden City, Broadway, Letchworth, SG6 3BF. If you unsubscribe, the Broadway venues will not contact you again and we will promptly delete your data from our system.
- Please note that because other Heritage Foundation teams use different systems, if you wish to unsubscribe from other Heritage Foundation emails, you need to tell those teams separately. You will be able to click unsubscribe in any email you receive.
