Bring your gift card into the cinema, we’ll get you signed up and hand you your exclusive shiny new membership card.
Which screenings can I use my free cinema tickets on?
Any standard or Films In Four film screening. Event Cinema and Theatre tickets are not included.
Will I get discount on food and drink at Broadway?
If you are a MyBroadway GOLD or U25s member, bring your membership card to the cinema to receive 10% off concessions. (Discount does not apply to already discounted items such as our combo deals).
How many free cinema tickets can I use at once?
You can use your tickets in one visit if you wish, or you can use them throughout the year.
How long is my membership valid for?
One year from date of purchase. Unused free tickets cannot be carried over beyond the expiry date.
Can I let someone else borrow my Gold card?
No, membership cards are to be used by the original member only.
Are memberships refundable if I change my mind?
No, GOLD memberships are non-refundable.
What happened to Broadway Plus?
Broadway Plus points expired on 31st December 2025. At this point Broadway Plus was dissolved, making way for our exciting new loyalty program, MyBroadway.
Do you charge online booking fees?
Yes, the booking fee helps cover the cost of our online ticketing system. Like most cinemas, we use specialist ticketing tech to keep payments secure, maintain our website, and offer things like reserved seating. The booking fee lets us keep ticket prices fair, and there’s no fee when you buy in person or with MyBroadway.
