Terms & Conditions

Booking Cinema Tickets Only

  • Please carefully check your selections before completing your purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
  • To complete your online purchase, payment must be completed with your debit or credit card. Any online purchases not completed within ten minutes will be cancelled and selected tickets released.
  • Your online purchase is subject to the British Board of Film Classification of the show purchased. You and / or your party may be required to show photo ID before admission is granted. We accept Citizen Cards, Passports and Driving Licences.
  • To purchase tickets for a show with reserved seating, you will need to pick your preferred seats from the seating plan displayed to complete your purchase.
  • Once your purchase is complete, you need to bring the purchase confirmation with the QR bar code sent to your email address (either printed or on your phone). A member of staff will then scan the QR barcode on arrival. You may be asked for ID to check proof of entitlement for student, senior or child tickets for any tickets purchased online.
  • Any tickets purchased online for Baby Screenings must be for parents and guardians accompanying children under 12 months only.
  • You agree and understand that we may need to change, withdraw and alter any shows at any time in exceptional circumstances. We will use your email address and / or telephone number to try to let you know in these instances.

Booking Theatre Tickets Only

  • This ticket may not, without the written consent of Broadway, be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.
  • To complete your online purchase, payment must be completed with your debit or credit card. Any online purchases not completed within ten minutes will be cancelled and selected tickets released.
  • Line-ups are correct at the time of purchase but may be subject to change. No refunds will be offered for changes to the line-up but we will always endeavour to replace with like-for-like performers. Customers may not be notified of any changes made to shows with multiple comedians performing.
  • Broadway reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the building and take any appropriate action to enforce this right.
  • Theatre tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
  • This ticket is sold subject to Broadway’s right to make any alterations in the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.
  • Latecomers may not be admitted.
  • Phones and all other electronic equipment must be switched off (not set to silent).
  • Large bags/rucksacks are not allowed in the auditoria, they will be kept in a secure location.
  • The content produced by artists, theatre companies and acts who privately or commercially hire Broadway Theatre is classed as third-party content and is not the responsibility of Broadway Cinema & Theatre nor the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. The views expressed are theirs and are not those of Broadway Cinema & Theatre or Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. Neither Broadway nor the Heritage Foundation vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any such content.

MyBroadway

MyBroadway is our loyalty scheme at Broadway Cinema & Theatre, offering three membership tiers:

  • MyBroadway Gold – £45 paid annual membership, available to individuals aged 16+ who purchase the annual membership.
  • MyBroadway U25 – free membership for individuals aged under 25, available to individuals aged 16–25. A valid photo ID proving your age may be required at sign-up or at the point of benefit redemption.
  • MyBroadway Free – free membership open to all customers aged 16+.

By joining any membership, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria. You may not apply for a Membership for anyone other than yourself.

The Membership Offer:

- Invitations to exclusive events and screenings
- Price freeze that lets you pay 2025 prices
- 10% discount on a Standalone Farm annual pass

My Broadway U25 members receive:
- Priority booking (24 hours advance notification))
- No online booking fees
- 10% discount on selected theatre tickets
- 10% discount on concessions (does not apply to combo deals, or already discounted items)
- Personalised email recommendations

My Broadway Free members receive:
- No online booking fees
- Personalised email recommendations

Benefits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Discounts apply only to full-price eligible items and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.
Broadway reserves the right to amend benefits or promotional offers at any time.

Complimentary film tickets (Gold members only):

5 complimentary tickets are included with your Gold membership and may be used for standard screenings and Films in Four screenings only.

Complimentary tickets cannot be used for Event Cinema, Letchworth Film Club screenings, Art Society lectures, theatre performances, or other special event programming unless explicitly stated.

The complimentary tickets may be used all at once or across multiple visits. However, the account holder must be present if sharing those tickets with friends or family.

The 5 complimentary tickets are valid for the duration of the membership year and cannot be carried over after the expiry date.

Membership Period:

All MyBroadway memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or activation, unless otherwise specified.

For gifted Gold memberships, the membership period begins once the recipient activates the membership in person at the cinema.

Gifted Memberships:

Recipients must visit the cinema in person to activate their membership and receive their physical membership card.

Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.

Membership Cards:

Membership cards must be presented at the point of purchase to redeem discounts or benefits.

Cards are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

Misuse of a membership card may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

Lost membership cards incur a £5 admin charge per card.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations:

MyBroadway Gold memberships are non-refundable.

Broadway Cinema & Theatre reserves the right to cancel a membership if a member breaches these Terms. No refund will be provided for cancelled memberships.

Priority Booking:

MyBroadway Gold and Under 25 members will be notified of availability to purchase tickets for new releases up to 24 hours before everyone else.

Priority booking does not guarantee ticket availability.

Ticket Price Freeze:

If you are a MyBroadway Gold member, your ticket price will be frozen at last year’s price. Throughout 2026, you will be paying the 2025 ticket price. This will be subject to review at the beginning of each calendar year.

Concession & Theatre Discounts:

10% concession discount applies to food and drink items purchased in the cinema. It does not apply to already discounted items such as our combo deals, or non-food/beverage items.

Theatre ticket discounts apply only to selected performances and may be subject to availability or blackout dates.

Standalone Farm Discount:

Available in person only. Please bring proof of your MyBroadway Gold membership with you.

Communications:

If you have opted in to receive emails about MyBroadway, we will use your contact details to send you emails about events and offers at our venues. We will also use your email address and your ticket-buying history to send you personalised information about special offers and events.

Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but operational emails related to account activity may still be sent.

Amendments to the Programme:

Broadway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the MyBroadway programme (or any part of it) at any time.

Significant changes will be communicated to members with reasonable notice.

Data Protection:

When you sign up to become a MyBroadway member, we ask for contact details to allow us to process and manage your membership. We monitor your ticket buying behaviour to enable us to personalise your experience. Broadway Cinema & Theatre processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, it will be stored securely in our third party ticketing systems.

Thank you for providing your postcode - we will anonymise and group the postcode data and then analyse where our customers are coming from.

We will never give any of your data to any other organisation.

You can withdraw your consent for us to store and use your data at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of any of our emails. You can also unsubscribe by writing to us at: Marketing Team, Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, One Garden City, Broadway, Letchworth, SG6 3BF. If you unsubscribe, we will not contact you again and we will promptly and safely delete your data from our system.

Limitation of Liability:

Broadway is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from a membership unless caused by our negligence or breach of duty.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

Broadway Plus

  • Broadway Plus was closed down on 31st December 2025. This was in line with the date that all Broadway Plus points were due to expire. Our new membership MyBroadway is now up and running.

Gift Vouchers

We no longer sell gift vouchers at Broadway Cinema.

  • Gift vouchers that have already been purchased / gifted are redeemable against cinema tickets, theatre tickets, food and beverages.
  • If the value of the gift voucher is lower than the total transaction amount, the user must supplement the difference by using another accepted payment method.
  • Please note that gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and if the transaction amount is less than the voucher value, no cash change will be provided.

Competitions & Prize Draws

  • Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
  • Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter, and no purchase is necessary, unless otherwise stipulated in the specific competition terms and conditions.
  • Broadway Cinema & Theatre will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, because of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

  • Broadway Cinema & Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all except employees of Broadway Cinema & Theatre, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  • Entrants must be residents of the UK and aged 18 years or over. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize. Broadway Cinema & Theatre may ask the winner to provide proof of age and, in the case of participants under the age of 18, proof of parental consent.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted; unless otherwise stipulated in the specific competition terms and conditions.
  • In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Broadway Cinema & Theatre may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw or competition.
  • Broadway Cinema & Theatre reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.

The Draw

  • A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within one month of the prize draw or competition ending, unless otherwise stipulated in the specific competition terms and conditions.
  • The winner will receive details of the prize.
  • The winner will be notified by email, telephone or through social media (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize, unless otherwise stipulated in the specific competition terms and conditions. If a winner does not respond to Broadway Cinema & Theatre within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Broadway Cinema & Theatre will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to Broadway Cinema & Theatre; unless otherwise stipulated in the specific competition terms and conditions.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Broadway Cinema & Theatre reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Broadway Cinema & Theatre control makes it necessary to do so.
  • The decision of Broadway Cinema & Theatre regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • The winner’s name can be obtained by sending an email to broadway@letchworth.com 60 of days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw or competition.
  • Broadway Cinema & Theatre reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Golden Ticket 1 FREE child cinema ticket with an adult ticket purchased in 2025

This offer entitles the holder of a Golden Ticket to one free child cinema ticket with the purchase of one full-priced adult ticket. The offer is valid for one film in-cinema purchases only at Broadway Cinema & Theatre and is redeemable at the till. The free child ticket must be used for the same film, date, and time as the accompanying adult ticket. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special events. No cash alternative is available. Broadway Cinema & Theatre reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Offer does not include screen 4 or Saturday Kids Club.

Golden Ticket 1 Free Child Day Pass to Standalone Farm 2026

This offer entitles the holder of a Golden Ticket to one free child day pass to Standalone Farm, valid for one visit throughout 2026. The complimentary pass admits one child (aged 2–16) and must be redeemed in person at Standalone Farm during standard opening hours. The offer is a one time offer, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special events. Standard admission terms and farm rules apply. Lost or damaged passes will not be replaced. Standalone Farm reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Broadway Cinema & Theatre is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Broadway Cinema & Theatre Privacy Policy which is available on our website: www.letchworth.com
  • By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Broadway Cinema & Theatre or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

Governing Law

  • All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • Broadway Cinema & Theatre reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
